Noise and melody.
With their voluminous and diverse desertrock Jens Jakobs (voc/git), André Stuckenbrok (bass) and Mathias Duschek (drums) not only offer a high amount of decibels, but also provide the ear and eye with many facets of rock and pop music.
Loud and tight like in “Motorpsychle Rider”, with elaborate arrangements
like in “Desert Son” or hum-along-tunes like “One Of These
Days” vary with spheric parts like in “Oceans” and “Sweet
Insanity” which make you drift away into the presence of sound as they
proved when supporting Tito & Tarantula “…whenever a catchy
pattern was developed for some time the mucians managed to create a hypnotic
effect.” (Weser Kurier 13. August 2009)
